These are absolute non-negotiables. If a supplier or product fails any of these criteria, it is not listed — full stop.
Unverified Suppliers
No supplier goes live without completing our full vetting process. Self-registration alone is never enough.
Expired Certificates
GMP certificates, DMFs, and manufacturing licenses must be current. We do not accept expired documentation under any circumstances.
Missing Documentation
Incomplete documentation packages are not dispatched. COA, MSDS, and invoice must all be present before an order ships.
Undisclosed Impurities
Impurity profiles must be fully disclosed in the COA. Any omission or ambiguity is escalated and resolved before delivery.
Untested Batches
Every batch must have a valid COA confirming it has been tested to specification. Untested batches are rejected without exception.
Price Over Quality
We will never recommend a cheaper supplier who fails our standards. Quality comes first — pricing is negotiated within that constraint.
